Job Description:
Loan Application Analyst needed for SilverLake Implementations in Monett, MO. Primary responsibilities include Implementation, design, and training of the SivlerLake Loan Application. Responsibilities include consulting with client to design parameter set, assisting bank with validation of data conversion, training on SilverLake Loan applications, communicate with client, communicate with other application analysts and programmers, analyze and audit transactions flowing through the SilverLake system. Successful candidate will travel with a conversion team to customer site for software setup, training, conversion and implementations.
SUMMARY
Under moderate supervision, acts as liaison between the customer and the installation team within specific area of specialty.  Responsible for all aspects of installing new or enhanced software applications including customer preparation and post installation training and support.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Provides remote or on-site software installation services.  Ensures software applications are installed and fully functional.
• Prior to the installation, analyzes the customers’ existing products and consults with customer to map current system to the JHA product.
• Consults with customers to define parameters within the software application.
• Trains the customer on use and feature functionality of the application.
• Communicates the customer’s needs/expectations to appropriate personnel. 
• Notifies appropriate personnel of any application issues.
• Interacts with Project Manager on various issues.
• May assist customers in validating accurate conversion of all data.
• May analyze transaction processing.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 18 months to three years of loan / lending experience in a Bank
• Previous bank data conversion experience preferred
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

• Developing professional expertise.  Works on non-complex to moderately complex projects.  Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices.
• General knowledge of the financial industry.
• General knowledge of software platforms and operating systems.
• Able to successfully install new or enhanced software applications.
• Able to train customers on use of software applications.
• Able to communicate with customers and provide outstanding customer service.
• Able to meet aggressive deadlines.
• Self starter, willing to learn and increase knowledge.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Typical office setting with environmentally controlled conditions.
• Able to work extended hours, weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Overnight travel may be required.
