Description: 
Seeking a Development Manager to lead our Mobile development group. The successful candidate will oversee a team of developers who design, develop and maintain solutions for our mobile delivery platforms across web, iOS and Android applications with a specific emphasis on usability, performance and scalability.
Other responsibilities include:

• Work together with software developers to plan and execute projects utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies; ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines.
  
• Own delivery process of native applications in their respective App Stores.
  

• Delegates tasks to, organizes, mentors and motivates a team of talented software developers
  
• Fosters a culture of continuous improvementin all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture in a team of 4-8 developers. 
  

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 

• Bachelor’s degree required; business, software engineering, or computer science degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 7-10 years technical experience in software development or related field.  Previous leadership experience required; 
• Experience managing development projects utilizing Agile/Scrum methodology preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting project deadlines
• Must be team oriented with excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills. The ability to work in a team environment is essential.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job
